comparison_plot(path[, num_fids, verbose, ...]) |
Requires results converted into csv form!! |
convert_fiducial(filename[, output_type, ...]) |
Converts the fiducial comparison HDF5 files into a CSV file. |
convert_format(path, face1[, face2, design, ...]) |
Takes all HDF5 files in given path comparing face1 to face2 and combines them into a single file. |
timestep_comparisons(path[, verbose]) |
Use pandas built-in plotting to look at the variation across time-steps. |
